segmentation fault with fftw3.1.2

Dear All:
I tried to compile VASP using fftw3.1.2. fftw3.1.2 was configured with the options:
./configure --enable-sse2 #for my Xeon machines
and F77=ifort #using ifort as fortran wrapper
The compiling went smoothly, but when I run VASP it crashed with the segmentation fault. Certainly VASP was compiled and run smoothly with the default fft.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
